Positive Marketing USA Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand 100% behind our products and services. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact our customer service team at 972.996.7866 or info@pomausa.comwithin 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll reprint part or all of your order, or depending on the situation, refund the full price, excluding shipping costs.

We are committed to delivering high-quality products with exceptional attention to detail, accurate color reproduction, and on-time delivery. However, there are some circumstances that are beyond our control. These include:

Typos, spelling, or grammar errors in customer-submitted artwork.
Incorrect quantities, sizes, or product types ordered by the customer.
Damages to products after delivery.
Design or layout errors in customer-submitted files.
Mistakes in file setups for special services like folding or die-cutting.
Shipping issues caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
We encourage you to proofread and double-check your designs carefully before placing your order.

Refund and Reprint Policies
While we strive for perfection, our guarantee comes with the following conditions:

Shipping claims are not covered under our refund policy. However, we will reprint orders damaged or lost by the carrier if not covered by their reimbursement.
Original orders must be returned to us, at our expense, before reprints or refunds are issued.
Refunds are capped at $2500 per order. For orders exceeding this, we will only reprint to correct any defects.
We are not liable for delays, printing defects, or issues that cause damages to your business. Our liability is limited to reprinting the original order or refunding the purchase price, and it will not exceed the amount paid to us.
Payment Terms
Customers are responsible for all charges, taxes, and shipping fees, which will be charged automatically to the payment method provided. Once an order has been submitted and approved, it cannot be altered unless specified otherwise. Refunds may be considered only if no work has started on the project, and the customer contacts us directly during business hours.

Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

Credit/Debit Card: Payments are secure and encrypted for your protection.
Check Payments: Business checks are accepted but may require receipt before processing begins.
Open Accounts: Available for pre-approved businesses, government entities, and educational institutions. Contact us for details on setting up an account.
Sales Tax Policy
We collect applicable state sales tax on orders where required. If your organization has a sales tax exemption, please provide the necessary forms before your order is shipped.

Artwork Files
While our prepress team checks most artwork files, you remain responsible for the accuracy of your files. Take time to review and proof your designs before submitting. We also provide file preparation tutorials and templates on our site to help ensure your files are print-ready.

Shipping
You may pick up completed orders or request local delivery. For other shipping methods, we use major carriers such as UPS and offer options like next-day, three-day, and standard ground delivery. Please allow extra time for local deliveries.

Editing and Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of this website, including products, services, or offers, without prior notice.
