To help promote the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF), Positive Marketing recently took on a bold window graphics project using perforated vinyl. The goal was to transform large glass windows into eye-catching advertisements for the IIHF while still maintaining visibility from the inside. Using custom-designed visuals that reflected the energy and excitement of the event, the window spaces became powerful promotional real estate without blocking light or view. This type of high-impact advertising is a smart way to engage foot traffic and create buzz leading up to major events like the IIHF tournament.
The production process began with printing the vibrant IIHF graphics directly onto perforated vinyl—a material specially designed with tiny holes that allow one-way visibility. Once printed, the decals were carefully cut to size, ensuring precise alignment for each section of the window. The installation process required skill and attention to detail to properly align the pieces and smooth them out without bubbles or wrinkles. Positive Marketing’s experienced team handled every step in-house, from file prep to final application, ensuring the finished product was clean, professional, and on-brand.
The end result was a stunning set of window decals that captured attention from the outside while still allowing light to pass through and visibility from within. The colors popped, the designs were crisp, and the overall look added a professional polish to the space. Thanks to the use of perforated vinyl, function and form worked hand in hand. Whether it’s storefront branding, event promotion, or eye-catching advertising, Positive Marketing is the go-to place for all things vinyl—turning ordinary windows into dynamic messaging platforms.
